Astar LFGM Campaign: The Alpha

This October, Astar Foundation is launching the LFGM (Let's Fearlessly Go Mainstream) campaign in partnership with some of the most innovative dApp teams building on both Astar and Soneium. If you’re curious about how dApps can use $ASTR to unlock real value, it's various utilities and future benefits from holding, then this campaign is for you.

What’s the Deal with LFGM?

The LFGM campaign is a multi-dApp experience that showcases top-tier projects—including long-time Astar builders and new arrivals from Soneium. These projects are all utility-driven teams and have been carefully selected to demonstrate how they utilize Astars native token - and a key asset in the Soneium ecosystem, $ASTR - to push the space forward when it comes to decentralized applications. A campaign where anyone can participate in, from experienced web3 users to general users who want to learn more about the Astar and Soneium ecosystems.

Here’s some alpha of what’s to come:

• Top teams with innovative dApps for you to be some of the first alpha users on.
• Task-based challenges for participants, as well as daily activities, will be unlocked.
• A ranking system that contains multiple incentives.
• Accumulate points aptly named “GMs” which contribute to your rank and allow users to become eligible for prizes.

Full details will be released in the main LFGM blog on launch day, but for now, here’s what you can do to get ready.

How to Prepare

Getting involved and experiencing the LFGM campaign will be easy, but with this bit of homework, you’ll gain a head start:

1. Familiarize yourself with the Soneium Testnet “Minato”: Since some tasks will involve interacting with dApps on the testnet, it’s worth getting a feel for how it works ahead of time. 2. Get to know Astar’s dApp Staking: Earn high APR by staking your $ASTR today and experience the benefits firsthand. Some of the more rewarding tasks will require staking $ASTR. More info: Astar's dApp Staking
3. Sign Up Early for a Bonus: Users who sign up early for the campaign will receive a GM bonus- a precious commodity that will give you an edge once the LFGM campaign officially kicks off. The earlier you’re in, the better.
